This coupled with the advantage of your own swimming pool and its close proximity to the main facilities on-site make it a sought after property. Bright and airy, the villa contains all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful spacious roof terrace, downstairs covered terrace and grassed enclosed garden area. There is comfortable seating and dining for 6 in the main lounge area which has direct access to the covered terrace and pool. Also downstairs there is shower room, well equipped kitchen and useful utility room. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all of which have fitted robes, the master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a full house bathroom. The villa is air conditioned and centrally heated throughout and has satellite TV/DVD.

Notes on accommodation
It is situated on a quiet road away from through traffic and free from any noise. There are air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and downstairs living areas. There is also central heating throughout.
Accessibility
The villa is not adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
The garden has a private kidney bean shaped swimming pool with shower facility. There is outdoor dining and sun beds for 6 people. The covered roof terrace leads to the garden which is lawned and enclosed with hedges and fenced off to the front. The garden can also be accessed through the utility room which has direct access to the kitchen.
There is a spacious roof terrace perfect for sunbathing or evening drinks to the first floor accessed from the first floor landing area.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beaches are at Los Alcazares, which is around 3km drive. There are numerous secluded beaches and coves all along the Mar Menor, which is famed for its crystal blue shallow calm waters, ideal for children. Most water sports and scuba diving available at numerous nearby locations.
Golf
Mar Menor Golf Course reception is situated 3 mins walk away. (9 holes soon to be 18) Other local courses include three 18 hole courses at La Manga (15 min drive) Other Polaris World courses include La Torre 18 holes (10 min drive) and El Valle 18 holes, due to open in 2007/2008 (15 min drive). There are also numerous other courses on the doorstep.
Travel
Driving time from Murcia airport is 10 mins. Driving time from Alicante airport 1 hr. Car hire recommended.
Further details
The villa is highly suited to families and children, and also retired people due to its location and proximity to the on-site facilities.
