Accessibility
The property is located on the first floor. There is a lift within the building giving access for wheelchair users and the property itself is located all on one floor.

Outside
The large furnished terrace is south facing with covered and uncovered areas for maximum enjoyment. It is well equipped for outdoor living with its own private jacuzzi, furniture and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco days and evenings. There are sun loungers for lazy days and outdoor lighting to the property and the jacuzzi area. There is a shared swimming pool located next to the apartment building, which is easily accessible and can been seen directly from the terrace.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Calida boasts over 320 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 21 degrees centigrade. The local area offers clean safe beaches and the nearby Mar Menor's beaches are particularly ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. There is also a long promenade ideal for walking and cycling or just sitting.

Golf
The 18 hole El Valle golf course, by Jack Nicklaus Design is a par 71 and 6145m course built to professional standards. It is set at the foothills of the Sierra Punto Mountain range and is designed with a 'desert' theme, with a wide variety of desert grasses, rock out-croppings, two lakes and other native desert plants. The course is fast becoming one of the most popular courses in the region.
Whilst staying at El Valle you are able to take full advantage of the reduced rates of green fees at either La Torre Golf Course or Mar Menor Golf Course. A courtesy coach is available throughout the day to transfer you and your clubs for free. Contact details for some of the other courses in the area can be requested from us.

Skiing
Within 2hrs you can be skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Travel
The resort is easily accessible from either Murcia-San Javier (20 minutes) or Alicante airports (50 minutes). There are various airlines offering cheap flights flying from the majority of UK airports. Examples are: Easyjet, BMI bab, Jet 2, Ryanair. Car hire is recommended and available from both airports.

Distances
Murcia (20 mins). Excellent for culture, shopping, tapas, restaurants and nightlife. Dos Mares Centre in San Javier (25 mins) offers an Eroski Supermarket and shops. Nueva Condomina, (20 mins) Murcia, includes Zara, Casa, Eroski Supermarket, Primark, Decathlon. It offers numerous restaurants and cafes with over 200 retail outlets. There is also a 6 screen cinema and 10 pin bowling.The train station at Balsicas is 16km away and provides rail links via Murcia or Alicante to the rest of Spain.

Further details
Attractions/places to visit - water park and animal park, Terra Aqua Murcia and Terra Natura provides a fun day out for all the family. Cartagena boasts a beautiful harbour and the town is brimming with Spanish culture. Restaurants and cafes are plentiful. Murcia City is famous for its impressive Cathedral. Being the capital of the region it offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants as well as places of interest.
