For the first year we’ll match your top up of £110 per month which will also go towards your deposit

So at the end of year one

- £3,000 deposit paid

- £1,320 (extra top up you have paid)

- £1,320 (extra top up we have paid)

At the end of year one you will have saved £5,640

At the end of year two you will have saved £6,960

At the end of year three you will have saved £8,280

So by then you’ll have saved up a deposit of £8,280 (8%)

Any improvements you make to the property you get the benefit.

If the value of the property has increased you also get the benefit.

The more you pay the quicker and bigger your deposit grows.

No mortgage is required until you buy in 2014 (but you can buy at any time).

Price growth and rent deposit payments provide your deposit.

The purchase price is fixed at the outset. You gain from any price growth!

If the value of the property has increased you also get the benefit.

So if the value of the property at the end of year three is £120,000, you still only pay £109,995 giving you an additional £10,000 equity and deposit!

This would mean you’ll have saved a £18,280 (17%) deposit.
